Digital Download — Refund Policy
Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, all sales are final once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
If you experience a technical issue with your download (broken link, corrupted file, or incorrect file), please contact us at hello@pbooutdoors.ca within 7 days of purchase and we'll make it right — no questions asked.
What we don't offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after download
- Incompatibility with your printer or software
- Accidental purchases (please contact us and we'll do our best to help)
